COVID-19 Update

At Four Seasons, we are entirely focused on the experience of our customers and our priority, always, is your health and safety. Now, more than ever, in light of the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are focused on the health and safety of customers and employees.

We are adhering to the latest information, protocols and tools from the world’s leading health experts and government authorities – including the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control – to maximize the effectiveness of our response. 

We have also heightened our already stringent safety and cleanliness measures.

Product Fulfillment Centers (for all products except mattresses):

Our fulfillment partners have added additional sanitization, disinfection and cleaning processes to their fulfillment centers.  Our commitment to delivering the finest goods through sanitary methods will continue to be reflected with every order placed.

Mattress Specific Delivery Process:

Four Seasons is focused on the health and safety of customers and employees and have taken steps to reduce physical contact throughout the mattress delivery process.  Out of an abundance of caution related to the evolving COVID-19 situation, at this time we are not able to provide in-home mattress delivery services.  All mattress orders will be delivered to the front door threshold, or an alternate location agreed with the customer.  Customers may also elect to have their delivery postponed to a later date when in-home services are available again.  For all mattress purchases, a Customer Service representative will contact the customer directly to ensure proper arrangements are made.

Additional measures have been taken by our mattress delivery partners to ensure customer health and safety, including regular cleaning and disinfecting of frequent touch surfaces in trucks and robust cleaning guidelines in mattress distribution facilities.

At this time, mattress delivery timing is estimated to be 8-10 weeks and will ship separate from any non-Mattress purchase. Additionally, pick-up and removal of customers old mattress/foundation will not be available until further notice.

Customer Service representatives are working diligently to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your shipment and are made aware of any exceptions that may occur surrounding your delivery.
